Goulash

I just came back from vacation and haven’t felt like going to the store yet. These are some of the only things I had in my kitchen:

quinoa, red curry paste, mirin, Braggs, nutritional yeast, half an onion, half a lime, little bag of crushed up rice noodles, tiny amount of hummus mix, frozen corn and peas, canned stewed tomatoes, coriander, salt, and pepper.

I boiled them all together and it tasted pretty good!
