When It’s Cold in Texas, We Like to Eat Chili.

It’s 29 degrees outside and I wish I were eating this right now.

We made this a couple weeks ago: tvp, kidney beans, garlic, bell peppers, poblano peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, Tabasco, lemon, salt, pepper, and of course…nutritional yeast and Lone Star. Served with cilantro and homemade tortilla chips. yum yum yum.

  2. Hello!
Lone Star is a popular Texas beer brewed in San Antonio. It claims to be the National Beer of Texas.
